Return & Exchange Policy
REFUND POLICY
Return request email should be sent to returns@manel-fashion.com within 72 hours of receiving the order. Otherwise it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition. Customers would be eligible for an exchange if the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original packaging and original tags attached. The item should be returned to us within 7 working days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Request:
To initiate a return, please email returns@manel-fashion.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Any request sent after this period will be considered void, and the item will be deemed accepted in good condition.
Return Conditions:
Customers are eligible for an exchange or store credit only if the item:
- Is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Is returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- Is returned within 7 days of delivery
Condition Verification:
All returned items are subject to inspection by our quality control team. Returns that do not meet our conditions, including items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned without tags and packaging, will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
Return Shipping:
We offer free returns. Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions.
Store Credit:
Returned items will be refunded as store credit to your e-wallet on our website, equal to the item’s value. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom designs or items tailored to the customer’s specific measurements. Orders with inaccurate measurements provided by the customer. Items marked as final sale or non-returnable. Orders refused at delivery will not be eligible for return or refund
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos of the item and issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the problem.
Payments via Tabby:
For orders paid through Tabby, please note:
- Returns will be refunded as store credit to your Manel Fashion e-wallet
- We do not manage or adjust Tabby’s installment plans — all payment arrangements remain between the client and Tabby
Order Cancellation:
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect, noting that bank processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Taxes & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be settled by the customer directly.
