General Conditions Applicable to Returns

Subject to the conditions elucidated in this Returns and Exchanges section, we present a straightforward opportunity for returns&exchange, allowing you to elegantly return&Exchange delivered items within 3 days following your Order’s delivery.

Please take note of the following fees:

  • Fee of 120 AED for worldwide orders.
  • Fee of 50 AED for orders within the UAE

In order to qualify for a refund (STORE CREDIT), all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned to us within 3 days of Order receipt with the following conditions:

  • Items must be unaltered, unused, and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us).
  • Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Authenticity cards, where provided, should also be returned.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.

Customized Orders:

  • Regrettably, returns are not extendable to items tailored to the customer’s specific measurements, a testament to their uniqueness. Responsibility for the submitted measurements rests with the customer in entirety.

Return Process:

  • Our Returns (STORE CREDIT) will be processed after the returned item/s have been approved. Upon approval, we will issue a refund as store credit, equating to the full face value of undamaged items that were duly returned (return fees will be deducted from the order price).

Return and Exchange Request Form

Upon reviewing your request, you will receive return documents via email. Here are the guidelines for return shipments:

  • For worldwide orders, please contact DHL to arrange for a pickup or drop off the package at the nearest DHL office.
  • For UAE orders, please contact Aramex to arrange for a pickup or drop off the package at the nearest Aramex office.

Please note that the issued store credit will be available for use exclusively within your MANEL account. It holds its charm indefinitely, ensuring your convenience and peace of mind, starting from the day of the original purchase. Kindly be informed that we do not offer bank refunds.

Item Return Policies:

  • For damaged goods or incorrectly fulfilled orders, please arrange for the return of the item to us using the Returns Process below. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 3 days of receipt to qualify for consideration. Replacements will be issued. In the case of items with manufacturing defects,

Exchanges:

  • We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.

Cancellation:

  • Shoppers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase, and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 15 working days for the refund transfer to be completed, and note that the amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges.

We retain the right to monitor returns and may decline orders from customers with frequent return patterns. However, please be aware that the guidelines within this Returns section do not undermine your consumer rights as protected by UAE law.
