Return request email should be sent to [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the order. Otherwise it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
Customers would be eligible for an exchange if the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original packaging and original tags attached.
The item should be returned to us within 7 working days.
A customer will be given store credit for the price of the item returned excluding the return shipping cost directly on their E wallet :
- (-50 Emirati dirhams) if the customer is in UAE.
- (-120 Emirati dirhams) if the customer is outside UAE.
The store credit expires in 6 months from the day of purchase.
Returns or exchanges are not applicable for customized designs requested by the customer or for items that have been tailored to the customer’s specific measurements. The customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided measurements and information.
Returns are not applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.
CANCELLATION
Shoppers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 15 working days for the refund transfer to be completed and note that amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges.
SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. The company covers the shipping fees. However, please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
